Simply Hired^® todaywelcomed Kristy Stromberg as Senior Vice President of
Marketing. Stromberg is a 20-year technology marketing veteran with deep
experience in global brand development, product strategy and customer
acquisition for consumer and business audiences. She joins Simply Hired from
Intuit, where she drove growth for both existing and new ventures, and
previously held marketing leadership positions at Yahoo! and Compaq (acquired
by HP in 2001).

Stromberg is immediately responsible for all aspects of Simply Hired's
marketing strategy and execution. With more than 30 million unique visitors
per month, Simply Hired provides candidates access to over eight million job
openings, and connects employers to qualified candidates through its proven
pay-for-performance recruiting solution. Simply Hired currently powers jobs on
many thousands of network partner sites, including LinkedIn, Mashable and
Bloomberg Businessweek.

Stromberg most recently served as Director of Marketing for Intuit’s Chief
Marketing Officer, where she drove digital strategy for the company’s
marketing thought-leader and piloted new social platforms. She was previously
Director of Digital Marketing & Design for Intuit’s Small Business Group. In
this role, she was accountable for $250MM in revenue and led an organization
of 60 marketing and design professionals.

Additionally, Stromberg served as Director of Product Marketing for Intuit's
SaaS line of business, leading the effort to transform Intuit into a premier
SaaS player. In this position, she focused channel efforts on SaaS and service
offerings, shifting strategy away from traditional desktop software. Also,
following Intuit’s acquisition of Homestead Technologies in 2007, Stromberg
rebranded and productized the Homestead DIY website product into an Intuit
website product. She also helped to launch Quicken Health Group, a startup
division within Intuit. In this role, she was charged with developing all
elements of marketing strategy, including driving awareness, lead generation,
branding and message architecture for key audiences.

Stromberg was honored as “Intuit Marketer of the Year” in 2005 for her work
developing the company’s small business marketing efforts. Prior to Intuit,
Stromberg served in marketing leadership positions at Yahoo! and Compaq
(acquired by HP in 2001), and began her career at Booz Allen & Hamilton. She
holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
