(RFMD). The lawsuits filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California claim that certain RFMD products infringe Peregrine patents relating to silicon-on-insulator (SOI) technology for RFICs. Peregrine seeks, in addition to damages, to permanently enjoin RFMD from further infringement. Peregrine expects that consolidation of the cases will allow its infringement claims to move more efficiently towards trial and appropriate legal remedy.
