Business and Professional Association (MBPA), honored 101 West Michigan
companies that set the standard for innovation and implementation for human
resources initiatives. This year's winning companies were honored at West
Michigan's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For™ annual awards
luncheon. Of the 101 Best and Brightest Companies honored, 12 Elite Winners
were named. 

This is the 11^th year that the MBPA has presented this annual event, which
provides companies with the opportunity to pursue a 101 Best and Brightest
designation. "We welcome the opportunity for these elite companies to be
recognized and honored," said Jennifer Kluge, president of the MBPA, which
presents the 101 Best and Brightest program. "Elite companies look beyond

Winner."

The 12 Elite winners are selected based on their overall high scores and then

presented to Southwest Michigan First of Kalamazoo, which demonstrated
excellence in all categories.
