Safe Communications Names Shouvik Bhattacharyya As President
Company also named Chris Toepker as EVP Product Development

Communications, Pink Sheets (SGTB). announced today that Shouvik
Bhattacharyya, an International Entrepreneurial Executive that has built and
managed several global services and technology firms, has been named the
company's new President. Bhattacharyya has served as CEO of public and private
companies in the US, Europe and India. He is also a partner in Full Change,
Safe Communications partner in China.
The company also named Chris Toepker as Executive Vice President of Product
Development. Toepker is considered one of the top game developers in China.
He has 15+ years' experience in transmedia entertainment, namely games,
electronics, collectibles and toys. Toepker was instrumental in the design,
develop and launch "Dungeons and Fighters" trading card game in China, in
partnership with TenCent and Nexon/Neopeople.

Shouvik is founder of two start-ups focused on the Telecom and Healthcare
space, building on his experience in the telecom industry, where he built a
$100 million business unit in 4 years. He built long-term strategic
partnerships with global technology firms including HP, IBM, Microsoft, SAP
and Adobe, and won awards in niche segments. Shouvik was awarded "CEO with HR
Orientation" by Asia-Pacific HRM Congress in 2010 and again in 2012. He
serves of the Board of ALIC and Full Chance.
He has been profiled amongst "12 Global Leaders for Tomorrow" in Chief
Executive Magazine and has received numerous professional awards. Shouvik was
a Sloan Fellow at MIT, an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology and an
Electrical & Electronics engineer with a second Master's degree focused on
industrial engineering and management. Early in his business career he was a
management consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton in New York.
Chris was Senior Operations Manager in Asia and Latin America for Hasboro's
Wiazrds of the Coast. With Hasboro, he launched "Dungeons & Dragons
Miniatures," a brand extension for the world's best known role-playing game.
He was Senior Marketing Manager for Philips Electronics, where he Created
global marketing communications toolkit, including introducing the concept of
advergaming and making a landmark game for Philips.com. Chris was Chief
Operating Officer for LampLighter Studios where he managed a globally
dispersed team of over 100 producers, designers, artists, programmers located
in LLS HQ in San Francisco and Hong Kong as well as partner studios in Taipei,
Shenzhen, Jinan and Kuala Lumpur.
