With the patent office finding no naming conflicts with existing vodka products, the next step for Luxuria Brands will be a Certification of Label/Bottle Approval (COLA) from the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) to ensure that the new spirit has been created, labeled and marketed in accordance with Federal laws and regulations.
