Regulatory News:

As a result of the change of market of reference from NYSE Euronext Paris to
NYSE Euronext Amsterdam, effective as of April 30, 2013, Gemalto N.V.
(“Gemalto”, Euronext NL0000400653 GTO) informs that the terms of the liquidity
contract entered into between Gemalto and Exane BNP Paribas have been amended
to take into account such change and that all transactions on the market under
this contract shall be effected as from April 30, 2013 on NYSE Euronext
Amsterdam.
