NEW YORK, April 30, 2013

NEW YORK, April 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --The 2013 On Demand Summit will be a
unique opportunity for dialogue among television industry leaders about the
shifting definition of "on demand programming," according to Louis Hillelson,
Group Publisher of leading television business publications Broadcasting &
Cable and Multichannel News. Hillelson said, "Technological advances allow
consumers to view content nearly anywhere. As a result, on demand has
broadened in its meaning. Our lineup of keynote guests and panelists
represents the new boundaries of on demand."

The five keynote interviews include one with actor-director-producer Adrian
Grenier of Reckless Productions, known for his lead role in HBO's hit
Entourage. Grenier will speak about how new productions can communicate
directly with the viewer. Jim Packer, President of Worldwide Television and
Distribution at Lionsgate, will address how revenues are shifting in reaction
to the viewer's changing habits. Movies have long been a leading revenue
stream for on demand and Jason Janego and Tom Quinn, Co-Presidents of RADiUS,
part of The Weinstein Company, will speak about recent shifts for the movie
industry. Maggie McLean Suniewick, Comcast Cable's VP of Video Services, will
talk about the on demand viewer as a video consumer. Audience measurement and
tracking on demand viewers will be the subject of a conversation with
Rentrak's Corporate President Cathy Hetzel and company Vice Chairman and CEO
Bill Livek.

The May 8^th event also offers six roundtables. The Advertising Roundtable,
moderated by advertising veteran Barry Frey, will feature Michael Bologna,
Managing Partner Director of Emerging Communications, GroupM; Mark Lieberman,
CEO, TiVo Research and Analytics; John Moore, Chief Media Officer,

Goncalves, Senior VP of Digital Entertainment Products, DIRECTV; Noah Levine,

Digital Media & Emerging Business, Telemundo Media; Jeff Siegel, VP, Digital
Distribution and Home Entertainment -The Americas, FremantleMedia

The windows, or timing of release of programming, is the primary focus for the
Programming Roundtable. Additional discussion points include how movies,
sports, specials and series each play a part in attracting viewers. Panelists
include Richard Buchanan, VP and General Manager of Content Solutions, Comcast
Media Center; Rob Jacobson, Global Head of Programming and Acquisitions,
Vubiquity; Mike Kelley, SVP, Business Development – Programming and
