MINNEAPOLIS -- April 29, 2013

U.S. Bank announced today that U.S. Bank Wealth Management will be a major
corporate sponsor of the four-part series, “CONSTITUTION USA with Peter
Sagal,” which premieres May 7 on PBS and airs for four consecutive Tuesdays in
May. CONSTITUTION USA takes viewers on a fast-paced journey across the nation
on Peter Sagal’s customized red, white and blue Harley-Davidson to find out
what the Constitution means to Americans in the 21^st century. On his
cross-country journey, Sagal – who hosts NPR’s popular “Wait Wait … Don’t Tell
Me!” radio program – talks with ordinary Americans about the Constitution and
how it impacts issues they may be struggling with in their daily lives – like
affirmative action, same-sex marriage, voting rights, the role of government,
and equal protection.

“As the country marks the 225^th anniversary of the U.S. Constitution, and
U.S. Bank celebrates its 150^th anniversary, this sponsorship is a natural fit
given the enduring nature of both the Constitution and our company,” said
Terry Dolan, vice chairman of U.S. Bank’s Wealth Management and Securities
Services group. “We are excited to be part of helping Americans gain a new
appreciation for the blueprint of our nation.”

“To have U.S. Bank Wealth Management choose CONSTITUTION USA as their first TV
sponsorship is an incredible tribute to our series,” said CONSTITUTION USA
executive producer Catherine Allan at tpt National Productions in the Twin
Cities. “As a major funder, their support will help us maintain the standard
of excellence that drew them to CONSTITUTION USA in the first place."

“CONSTITUTION USA with Peter Sagal” is a production of the Minnesota-based tpt
National Productions in association with Insignia Films. It is funded by U.S.
Bank’s wealth management businesses – The Private Client Group, The Private
Client Reserve, and Ascent Private Capital Management – as well as by Anne Ray
