China Mobile Games and Entertainment Group Files Annual Report on Form 20-F

GUANGZHOU, China, April 26, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- China Mobile Games and
Entertainment Group Limited ("CMGE" or the "Company") (Nasdaq:CMGE), a leading
mobile game company in China, today announced that it filed its Annual Report
on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2012 with the Securities
and Exchange Commission ("SEC") on April 26, 2013.
