MMC Norilsk Nickel : MMC Norilsk Nickel priced the issuance of USD750 million

Moscow, April 26, 2013 - OJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel (hereinafter, MMC Norilsk
Nickel or the Company) announces that it priced yesterday an issuance of USD
750 million notes due 2018, with a coupon of 4.375% per annum (the "Notes").
The Notes are issued under a Loan Participation Notes structure by MMC Finance
Limited, with the sole purpose of financing a loan to OJCS MMC Norilsk Nickel.
Closing and settlement of the Notes is expected to occur on April 30, 2013.
