ST. LOUIS, April 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --For the fourth year in a row, Ameren
Corporation was selected by DiversityInc as a Top 7 Regional Utility for
Diversity for 2013. The designation  recognizes Ameren's commitment to hiring
diverse candidates, contracting with diverse suppliers, and leadership's
commitment to promoting a workplace of inclusion.Ameren ranks fourth on the
"Regional Utilities" Specialty List this year.

"Under CEO Tom Voss and Chief Diversity Officer Sharon Harvey Davis, this

  oSupplier Diversity. Ameren's total non-fuel spend with diverse suppliers
    in 2012 was $127 million.

among the top 25 in the nation.
