The Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), an international
non-profit organization created to enhance the growing professional field of
customer experience management, today celebrates the second anniversary of its
founding, as it prepares for its third dynamic Members Insight Exchange event,
May 14-15 in San Diego. The organization now boasts a vibrant and highly
engaged community of more than 2,100 members that is shaping the customer
experience (CX) profession.

"When we launched the CXPA back in 2011, we were hopeful that customer
experience professionals would appreciate the value of an association
dedicated to their needs," said Bruce Temkin, co-founder and Chair of the
CXPA. "We’ve been thrilled with the positive reception, as thousands of CX
professionals have banded together in the community in only two years. I am
very proud of our collective accomplishments, very grateful to everyone who
has worked so hard and so productively together, and look forward to even
greater achievements in the future by building on this exceptional
foundation."

While the CXPA is only two years old, it has developed a number of innovative
programs to support members' education and networking needs. The association’s
impressive array of accomplishments includes:

*Growing roster of members from 50 different countries
*“Ask the CX Experts” program where a team of CX experts responds to
    questions submitted by members
*More than 40 local networking events in 15 cities, including Toronto,
    London, and Sydney, Australia
*More than 70 community calls and webinars on critical areas of CX content,
all available in the CXPA’s online member center
*A growing library of more than 40 CX Tools -- artifacts shared by CX
practitioners that can be downloaded from the online member center
*A continuously updated list of job postings in the CX Career List
*Research, white papers and case studies on a variety of CX topics

The CXPA continues to develop programs to advance the industry as well as the
careers of CX practitioners. At the upcoming Members Insight Exchange,
attendees will learn successful CX techniques and network with other CX
professionals. The event includes a unique session, “Member Show and Tell,”
where CX practitioners share leading practices, and “CXPA Unbound,” where
several critical CX topics will be discussed in a free-form, dynamic
environment. The CXPA will also announce the winners of its second annual CX
Innovation Awards.
