UFS) announced today that it will hold its 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders
on Wednesday, May 1 at 9:00 a.m. (ET) at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts,
Claire and Marc Bourgie Pavilion, 1339 Sherbrooke Street West, Montreal,
Quebec. Interested individuals are invited to listen to the live webcast of
the meeting at www.domtar.com.
