Jamba Juice Company, a leading healthy, active lifestyle brand announced today
that it will provide consumers in St. Louis with their first taste of Jamba
smoothies during this week’s National Robotics Championship. Attendees of the
event will be among the first in the state to drink Jamba’s All Fruit™
smoothies, which the company will be bringing to the St. Louis market with the
opening of several stores over the next year. Several hundred thousand
students from across the nation will attend the Robotics Championship. Jamba
smoothies and other products are highly popular in other markets across the
U.S.

Jamba recently announced its intention to make Jamba products available in St.
Louis through a franchise development agreement with ShowMe Smoothie, LLC, an
investor group led by David A. Peacock, former President of Anheuser-Busch
InBev subsidiary; Sportscaster Joe Buck and St. Louis University's Billiken
Hall of Fame member Scott Highmark are also among the investors involved in
the venture. The group plans to open 15 stores in Missouri and Kansas over the
next nine years.

a native of St. Louis, spent several days in the St. Louis market visiting
