Melicent Castillo Joins as Vice President of Finance

announced that Melicent Castillo has joined the company as vice president of
finance and corporate controller. In her new position, Ms. Castillo is
responsible for overseeing the company's financial and administrative
functions including planning and analysis, accounting, treasury and tax.
Ms. Castillo has more than fifteen years of experience in finance and
operations, having held management positions at software companies with
complex SaaS offerings as well as Big Four accounting firms. She brings to
SignalDemand her hands-on experience and expertise in strategic planning, due
diligence, financial reporting and audit.
Castillo was most recently director of finance at CaseCentral, Inc., a leader
in electronic discovery market. There she helped lead the company during its
acquisition by Guidance Software, the industry leader in digital investigative
solutions. Prior to joining CaseCentral, Castillo held audit management roles
at both PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP in their U.S. and
Ms. Castillo graduated from Ateneo de Davao University in the Philippines with
a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and is a Certified Public
