 Sodexo Awarded Food Service Transformation Contract at Five Air Force Bases

GAITHERSBURG, Md., April 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --Sodexo, leading provider of
Quality of Life Services, announced today that it has been affirmed as the
winning bidder for a contract of up to 10 years to provide food services at
five United States Air Force bases. The contract is valued at $200 million in
revenues, over the life of the contract.

Sodexo will operate a total of 25 dining and retail locations at U.S. Air
Force bases in California, Wyoming, South Dakota, and Florida with a portion
of the contract serviced through teaming agreements with small, minority,
disadvantaged and women-owned businesses and organizations that represent the
interests of individuals with disabilities. To provide a new level of service
and dining for Air Force customers, Sodexo will combine industry best
practices in retail and campus-style dining programs like FLY by Sodexo,
national brands such as UFood Grill, and a training program for Airmen
foodservice specialists to introduce fresh, local products at each base.
