has completed interoperability testing of its BorderNet™ 4000 Session Border
Controller with BroadSoft, Inc.’s (NASDAQ: BSFT) BroadWorks® application
server. BroadSoft and Dialogic deliver solutions that reduce the complexity of

  *Enhanced session initiation protocol (SIP) session handling to follow the
    presence of customers across fixed and mobile networks and track their
    status and activity
