 Convergys Job Offers to Veterans and Military Spouses Comprise More Than One
  Quarter of Program’s National Total; “We are honored,” Convergys CEO Says

Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), the global provider of customer management,
today announced that last year it hired 2,655 U.S. military veterans and
military spouses as part of its participation in last year’s 10,000 Jobs
Challenge.

Sponsored by Milicruit, the Military Officers Association of America and the
Direct Employers Association, the Jobs Challenge set out to generate 10,000
new, high-quality employment opportunities for veterans and military spouses.
The program was successful, with a total of 10,059 veterans and military
spouses starting new jobs, Milicruit said. More than twenty-six percent of the
individuals hired via the program were hired by Convergys.
