In the fourth quarter, revenue was $236 million, up 7% versus the fourth quarter of 2011, and Adjusted EBITDA was $34 million, up 10%, representing the eighth straight quarter of year over year growth in Adjusted EBITDA. Net income for the fourth quarter of 2012 was $4 million.
