CBL Announces Addition of Restaurant District at Volusia Mall in Daytona
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. -- April 22, 2013
CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. (NYSE: CBL), today announced that
construction had commenced on the addition of a restaurant district at Volusia
Mall in Daytona Beach, FL. The 28,000-square-foot district will deliver
preferred restaurant names such as Bahama Breeze, Olive Garden, and IHOP. The
development is located on a parcel at the east corner of the mall property.
The grand openings are anticipated in late 2013.
