Availability of the 2012 Reference Document
The 2012 Reference Document (Registration annual report) was filed with the
French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on Thursday, April 18^th, 2013. It is
available free of charge to the public under current regulatory conditions and
may be viewed at the www.kering.com website (Finance section).

the Chairman of the Board of Directors on the Board's activities and on
