are scheduled to be released after the financial markets close on Thursday,
May 2, 2013. A copy of the earnings release will be posted on D&B’s investor

An earnings teleconference is scheduled for Friday, May 3, 2013, at 8:00 a.m.
(Eastern Time). Sara Mathew, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of D&B, will
