Effective July 1, 2013, Charles E. Wert and Norman P. Goldberg will become Vice Chairmen of Evercore Trust Company. Ciara A. Burnham, currently a Senior Managing Director with Evercore Partners, will succeed Mr. Wert as the President and Chief Executive Officer. Additionally, William E.
