Mr. Coscia has significant experience in infrastructure and economic development matters. He was recently elected as chairman of Amtrak’s Board of Directors, on which he has served since June 2010. He previously served as chairman of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, from 2003 to 2011, and chairman of the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, one of the nation’s largest state-sponsored development banks, from February 1992 to March 2003. Currently, he is a partner at the law firm of Windels, Marx, Lane & Mittendorf, LLP, with a practice focusing on corporate, commercial, and real estate matters.
