Exponent Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

MENLO PARK, Calif., April 17, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Exponent, Inc.
(Nasdaq:EXPO) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a
regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of common stock to be paid
on June 28, 2013 to all common stockholders of record as of June 7, 2013.

Exponent anticipates paying quarterly dividends each year in March, June,
September and December. Future declarations of quarterly dividends and the
establishment of future record and payment dates are subject to the final
determination of Exponent's Board of Directors.
