ZAGG Inc (NASDAQ: ZAGG) said today that it will announce financial results for
the first quarter ended March 31, 2013 on Thursday, May 2, 2013, immediately
following the closing of regular stock market trading hours. The Company will
hold a conference call at 5:00 p.m. ET to review the results. Randall Hales,
chief executive officer, and Brandon T. O'Brien, chief financial officer, will
participate in the call.
