15 April 2013 Reckitt Benckiser Group plc Executive Committee Change EVP RUMEA Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (RB) announces that Salvatore Caizzone, Executive Vice President (EVP) for the Russia, Middle East and Africa area (RUMEA), and a member of the executive committee, will step down from the position on 1 June 2013. Frederic Larmuseau, RB's Senior Vice President North America, will succeed him in the role and will join the executive committee, effective 1 June 2013. Frederic Larmuseau, who is Belgian, has been with the company for 12 years, during which time he has held a range of marketing and general management roles in East Asia, Latin America, North America and at RB's global headquarters in the UK. Most recently he has held the post of Senior Vice President North America region. Salvatore Caizzone will stay on at RB for a period to ensure a smooth transition of area leadership to Frederic Larmuseau.
