If the decision is granted, the Corporation will no longer be a reporting issuer in any jurisdiction in Canada. The Corporation does not believe that its securityholders in Canada will be materially prejudiced by this decision since the nature and scope of publicly available information about the Corporation required by U.S. securities laws is substantially the same as the information such securityholders are currently receiving under the U.S./Canada Multijurisdictional Disclosure System.
