announce the establishment of a formal advisory board  to assist the
organization in advancing its mission to provide solutions which support the

  oWalt Havenstein - the former Chief Executive Officer of SAIC and the
    former Chief Operating Officer and member of the Board of Directors for
    BAE Systems; and
  oVice Admiral (ret.) Gordon Holder - the former Commander of Military
    Sealift Command, the former Director of Logistics, Joint Staff, Pentagon
    and former Senior Partner of Booz Allen Hamilton.
