PeopleAnswers today announced a new software licensing agreement with Post
Properties (NYSE:PPS), an Atlanta-based real estate investment trust that owns
and manages more than 22,000 upscale apartment units in 60 communities across
the eastern and southeastern United States. Post will use the PeopleAnswers HR
solution in selecting candidates who have the right behavioral fit to deliver
superior property management services and grow their careers with the company.

Post will use the intuitive, cloud-based PeopleAnswers desktop and mobile
software platforms to help select and hire candidates for its residential
properties. Candidates interested in roles including property managers,
assistant property managers and leasing consultants as well as maintenance
engineers will complete the PeopleAnswers assessment test. The assessment
process will include a prescreen behavioral evaluation that will determine
best-fit candidates prior to a formal interview and development of a custom
Performance Profile for each position.
In addition, Post will use PeopleAnswers for employee development and
succession planning to reinforce the company’s “promote from within” culture
and strategically align talent with business objectives. The unique ability to
compare candidates with multiple positions to determine a future career path
helps hiring managers select the candidates with the highest probability to
succeed long-term. With PeopleAnswers, Post expects the onboarding process
will also improve as managers will be able to use the assessment data to
better acclimate associates to their positions and align a career development
path according to each individual’s behavioral makeup.
