Interval International and Royal Resorts Caribbean Collection Team up to
Provide Customized Services for Vacation Owners

Interval International, a prominent worldwide provider of vacation services
and an operating business of Interval Leisure Group (Nasdaq: IILG), and
Simpson Bay Resort Sales Company, B.V., the operator of Royal Resorts
Caribbean Collection (RRCC), a points-based vacation club, have entered into a
long-term agreement to provide customized services for its club members. This
integration leverages Interval’s infrastructure and complements RRCC resources
by offering program design, back-office management, and reservations.

RRCC includes accommodations at Simpson Bay Resort & Marina and The Villas at
Simpson Bay Resort & Marina in St. Maarten, both of which are affiliated with
Interval. They offer a wide array of amenities for adults and children, with
beautiful beaches, tropical gardens, serene swimming pools, restaurants,
entertainment, fitness centers, and spas. A selection of outdoor pursuits,
including tennis, golf, fishing, boating, and other water sports, is available
on-site or near the properties.
Vacation club owners will be enrolled as individual members of Interval
International, entitling them to a host of year-round benefits, including the
opportunity to redeem their points for stays at other resorts in Interval’s
global network. RRCC members will also become Interval Gold^® members, and
enjoy a number of upgraded benefits such as discounts on Getaway vacation
rentals, ShortStay Exchange^®, a personal concierge service available 24/7 via
phone and e-mail, Hertz Gold Plus Rewards^® membership and benefits, and
special offers at hotels, restaurants, and retail outlets worldwide.
