Weeks Robinson Signs Leases for Four Dallas Area Properties; More Than
650,000 Square Feet Leased in Eight Transactions
DALLAS -- April 9, 2013
Weeks Robinson Properties, an Atlanta-based real estate investment and
development company, today announced eight lease transactions in the Dallas
market totaling more than 650,000 square feet.
Since entering the Dallas-Fort Worth market in 2011, Weeks Robinson has
acquired six industrial properties and developed a build-to-suit. The
following transactions have been completed in the last year:
Forum 303 Crossing - Arlington
Pitney Bowes Presort Services, Inc. leased 75,600 square feet in this
two-building, 505,000 square-foot project in the Great Southwest industrial
submarket of Dallas. TSF Sportswear, LLC. leased 78,065 square feet. Pitney
Bowes was represented by Dan Cook, Mark Becker and Brad Jones with Cushman
Wakefield of Texas. TSF Sportswear was represented by Nathan Lawrence and
Travis Sapaugh of CB Richard Ellis.
Additionally, QFC Industries leased 26,250 square feet and American Furniture
Rentals leased 38,987 square feet. QFC Industries was represented by Michael
Stanzel with NAI Robert Lynn and American Furniture Rentals was represented by
Allen Gump with Colliers International.
4800 and 4900 Langdon Road – South Dallas
The industrial project at 4800 and 4900 Langdon Road in south Dallas comprise
two buildings with a total of 827,890 square feet. Conn’s Appliances, Inc.
leased 321,135 square feet in the 4800 building for its Dallas distribution
facility and was represented by Dave Anderson of CBRE. Goodman Industries
leased approximately 23,200 square feet in the 4900 building. The tenant was
represented by Brant Landry of Transwestern.
Plano Parkway - Plano
Weeks Robinson negotiated a build-to-suit to lease for a 122,595 square foot
office/warehouse facility for Winzer Corporation. The building is located on
an 8.36-acre site on Plano Parkway. Winzer took occupancy in the building in
January. The tenant was represented by Sharon Morrison and Bill de la Chapelle
Railhead Industrial Park - Fort Worth
This project includes two buildings totaling 702,274 square feet in the
Railhead Industrial Park in Fort Worth. Ring Container Technologies, Inc.
recently leased 105,857 square feet in Building 2 at Railhead and was
represented by Allen Gump with Colliers International.
