is still up more than 9.50%. The company currently has a dividend yield of

Shares of Crexus Investment Corp. ended flat in Monday's trading session. The

their gains from previous trading sessions. The stock closed 0.23% higher at
$22.19, taking its gains in the last three sessions to nearly 5%.
Year-to-date, Colony Financial's shares have gained more than 15.60%. The REIT
currently has a dividend yield of 6.31%. Shares of CLNY had come under
pressure last week; however, the stock has rebounded sharply since last
