will be co-presenting to the committee with the Federal Trade Commission’s
Litigation Support Manager, Chad Papenfuss, at the C5’s first meeting of the
year. The presentation, entitled “Using Interaction Analytics to Actively
Manage Compliance and Business Performance,” will highlight how the Federal
Trade Commission (FTC) is leveraging Nexidia solutions to monitor and regulate
