titled “The New Job of IT in an Increasingly Mobile World.” The session on
April 18, 2013 will cover the impact of mobile workstyles on IT support
delivery, IT’s renewed business significance, and strategies for maintaining
uptime and delivering superior support experiences. David Baeza, Vice
