CFAO announces today the appointment of Mr Kiyoshi Yamakawa as member of the
Born in 1960, Kiyoshi Yamakawa graduated from Keio University in March 1982.
He began his career with Toyota Tsusho Corporation ("TTC") right after his
graduation. Since then, he has been involved in the Metal businesses of TTC.
During his career at TTC, he worked also at Toyota Tsusho America from 1997 to
2003. He steadily increased his presence in TTC's Metal business and became the
General Manager of Steel Raw Materials Department in Japan. In 2009, he became
the branch manager of Toyota Tsusho Europe Czech, and in 2010, he was further
appointed as Executive Vice President of Toyota Tsusho Europe SA, responsible
for various automotive related supply chain management in Europe. Mr. Yamakawa
was then appointed as Executive Officer of TTC. He is based in Brussels,
The Supervisory Board also comprises Mr Jean-Charles Pauze, Chairman,
Mr. Pierre Guénant, Vice - Chairman, Mrs. Nathalie Delapalme,
Mrs. Sylvie Rucar, (these four members being considered to be independent
members according to the criteria of the AFEP-MEDEF Corporate Governance
Code), Mr. Yasuhiko Yokoi and Mr. Takashi Hattori.
CFAO announces today the appointment of Mr Yasushi SHIOZAKI as Vice President
Alliance Office - Corporate and Mr Toshimitsu Imai as Vice President Alliance
Office -Business. Both are members of the executive committee of CFAO.
Born in 1957, Yasushi Shiozaki graduated from the Nagoya University in March
1980 (Bachelor in Economy). He began his career with Toyota Tsusho Corporation
(TTC) right after his graduation. Since then, he has been involved in
Accounting, Financing and Decision-making and Support of Investment / M&A.
During his career at TTC, he worked as Project General Manager of Corporate
Planning Dept from 2002 to 2006 and Project General Manager of Affiliate
Planning & Administration Dept. from 2006 to 2008. He was then appointed as
General Manager of Affiliate Planning & Administration Dept. until 2009 before
becoming General Manager of Accounting Dept until he joined CFAO.
Born in 1965, Toshimitsu Imai graduated from the Waseda University in
March 1988 (BCom Marketing). He also holds USCPA. He began his career with
Toyota Tsusho Corp (TTC) right after his graduation. Since then, he has been
involved in Automotive Business of TTC. During his career at TTC, he worked as
Chief Representative of TTC at Antananarivo, Madagascar from 1990-1995,
General Manager of Toyota Tsusho Africa at Johannesburg South Africa from
2000-2005. Until he joined CFAO, he was General Manager of TTC Automotive
Division Planning Dept in Japan.
