Reference is made to the notice of 20 March 2013 for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") of Dockwise Ltd. ("Dockwise" or the "Company"). The AGM of the Company was held today in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and all items on the agenda were unanimously resolved in accordance with the Board of Directors' proposals as set out in the notice of the AGM. An application for delisting from the Oslo Stock Exchange was filed today.
