Web Content Management Technology 
SDL Tridion 2013 further extends its unique BluePrinting capabilities 
MAIDENHEAD, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwired) -- 04/04/13 -- SDL
(LSE:SDL) has today announced the release of SDL Tridion 2013, the
next generation of the industry's leading web content management
solution for managing global online brands.  
This release further enhances the credentials of SDL Tridion as the
content platform of choice for managing global customer experiences.
SDL enables the marketer to understand and create multi-channel
digital experiences through enhancements to the SDL Tridion user
interface, advanced workflow functionality that is built to support
multi-asset content marketing and an integration framework, with "out
of the box" connectors that open up enterprise content repositories.  
The biggest problem with content is managing separate items across
multiple sites, brands and languages. With BluePrinting customers are
able to manage relationships between content items and sites even
though hundreds of contributors are providing and changing content.
On top of that, BluePrinting allows customers to have full control
over their brands and languages across disparate sites. Th

have to manage the differences between those sites. 
Building on the success of BluePrinting capability, SDL Tridion 2013
adds bundling functionality to the workflow engine, providing a
seamless end user experience when creating complex content marketing
projects that consist of multiple digital assets. A frequent
challenge for the contemporary digital marketer as they look to
efficiently coordinate a content publishing campaign of related
content assets across multiple digital touch points, while still
complying with content standards and governance of their brand,
organization or industry.

ECL also provides another point of extensibility for the SDL Tridion
development community and SDL Tridion 2013 will ship with an example
implementation and "out-of-the-box" connectors for ADAM Digital
Assset Management and SDL Media Manager.
