HOUSTON -- April 3, 2013

Aggreko, the global leader in rental power, temperature control, and oil-free
compressed air solutions, is expanding in Central Texas with the opening of a
service center in Three Rivers, TX to serve oil and gas customers working
remotely and without grid access in the Eagle Ford Shale region. The new 3,200
sq ft facility will host both diesel and natural gas rental generators, a
maintenance yard to service equipment, and sales, service and support.

"Aggreko has served the upstream and downstream oil and gas industry for more
than 25 years in North America. We are excited to get closer to our customers
and the community in Central Texas and Three Rivers,” said David Dickert,
Midsouth Area Sales Manager, Aggreko North America. “Customers in the Eagle
Ford Shale region are lacking utility scale power and demand partners who can
provide immediate, scalable, temporary solutions along with highly responsive
service, resulting in increased production and reduced downtime.”

Aggreko will supply the area with all the company’s major rental product
lines, including:

*Power generators from 30 kW to 1500 kW with diesel, natural gas and
    propane-fired natural gas options
*Temperature control units including chillers, air conditioners, cooling
    towers and electric heaters
*Oil-free air compressors, both diesel and electric
  *Refinery-grade heat exchangers

In addition to expanding its personnel and rental fleet, Aggreko will provide
customers with remote monitoring capabilities to improve its ability to
troubleshoot any operational issue and optimize operating efficiency. The
local service team will be supported by Aggreko’s North American network of
rental facilities, equipment and technical experts which spans over 50
locations.

“In addition to the new Three Rivers service center opening, we are also very
excited to have recently received environmental management 14001 certification
in 2013 and the Occupational Health and Safety Advisory Services (OHSAS) 18001
Certification in 2012,” said Dickert.

Aggreko will host a two-day Open House Event at its new Three Rivers Service
Center April 10^th-11^th located at 3246 N. IH 37, Three Rivers, TX 78071.
Festivities will take place from 12 – 6 p.m. each day and include a cookout,
equipment demonstrations and prizes. For more information on Aggreko oilfield

Aggreko plc is the world leader in the supply of temporary power and
temperature control solutions. Aggreko employs over 5,700 people operating
from 194 locations. In 2012 we served customers in about 100 countries, and
had revenues of approximately GBP 1.6bn (USD 2.5bn or Euros 2.0bn). Aggreko
plc is listed on the London Stock Exchange (AGK.L), is a member of the
FTSE-100 index, and is headquartered in Scotland. For more information, please

Aggreko provides power and temperature control solutions to customers who need
them either very quickly, or for a short or indeterminate length of time.
Examples would be the supply of power to an industrial site which needs to
service its permanent power supply, supplying a whole city in times of power
shortage, or providing a major sporting event with power and cooling systems.
We serve our customers either through our 194 service centres, which we call
the Local business, or globally through our International Power Projects
business.

In the Local business, which accounts for about half of our revenues, we hire
our equipment to customers, who then operate it for themselves, although we
retain responsibility for servicing and maintaining it. In the International
Power Projects business, which also accounts for about half of our revenues,
we operate as a power producer. We install and operate power plants and we
charge our customers both for providing the generating capacity, and for the
electricity we produce. We design and manufacture equipment specifically for
these requirements in our factory in Dumbarton, Scotland.

Recent customers include the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the
Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games and the power utilities in over 50
countries including the UK, France, Angola, Kenya, Indonesia, Bangladesh,
Venezuela, Chile, Brazil and the USA.

In 2012 we fulfilled almost 45,000 customers’ assignments and when researched,
70% of them gave us a recommendation of 9 or 10 out of 10.
