Worldwide Insight to Provide New, Unique Approach to Global Govt Affairs

Dell's Global Government Affairs program, Becca Gould, Vice President of
Government Affairs, is leaving Dell to partner with tech and telecom industry
veteran Kerry Murray to launch a new kind of government affairs consulting

Gould is Worldwide Insight's CEO and Co-Founder. She joined Dell in 2001 and
built and managed Dell's policy advocacy, support, and positioning efforts and
communicated its business strategy with elected officials, policymakers, and
stakeholders worldwide. Gould has hired and managed staff and outside
resources in dozens of countries including the US, Brazil, China, India,
Mexico, Panama, Canada, El Salvador, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Spain,
Italy, Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan, Singapore, France, Germany, and Ireland.
Prior to joining Dell, Gould was the Vice President of Global Public Policy
for the Business Software Alliance and Counsel to the House Commerce
Committee. Gould's last day at Dell is this Friday, April 5.

Murray served as Senior Advisor in the International Bureau at the Federal
Communications Commission (FCC), where she helped drive efforts to reduce
international calling rates, write merger review rules, and liberalize
undersea cable landing license rules. Over the course of her career, Murray
has worked in dozens of countries throughout Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
