business of Beckman Coulter, Inc. ServiceSource will support Beckman Coulter
Life Sciences in the U.S., working with the group to optimize the renewal of
maintenance services business with existing customers.

ServiceSource will ensure timely and efficient renewal of service contracts
for the research centers, pharmaceutical companies and hospitals that rely on
Beckman Coulter Life Sciences sample preparation and cellular analysis
products.
