NEW YORK, April 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --Omnicom Group Inc. (NYSE: OMC) today
announced two senior executive appointments at its Diversified Agency Services
(DAS) division. Dale A. Adams, who currently serves as president and CEO of
DAS, becomes chairman and CEO. John C. Doolittle, who is the division's CFO,
becomes president and CFO. The appointments are effective today and were
announced by John D. Wren, CEO and president of Omnicom Group.

Adams, 54, joined Omnicom Group in 1991 and has served in a number of
positions. In 1996, he became CFO of Diversified Agency Services and then
president of the division in 2008. He was named CEO of DAS in 2011.

Following a decade of financial leadership in the agency service business,
Doolittle joined DAS in 1999 as CFO, the Americas and became Global CFO in
2008. He has played a central role at DAS in financial management, geographic
expansion, acquisitions, organic development of new service offerings and
talent strategies. DAS is widely recognized as the industry's premier network
of specialty and marketing communications agencies.

Doolittle, 54, came to DAS following 10 years as CFO for North America with

relations sector. Prior to that, Doolittle was with Deloitte and Sikorsky
Aircraft Corporation. He is a graduate of Hartwick College with a B.A. in
Mathematics and received an M.S. in Accounting from New York University.
