SCA: Divestment of Laakirchen mill now closed
SCA has now completed the previously announced divestment of the Laakirchen
mill in Austria.
STOCKHOLM, Sweden -- April 2, 2013
The Laakirchen mill, producing magazine paper, was sold to Heinzel Group. The
closing follows clearance by relevant competition authorities.
The initial purchase consideration is EUR 100m with a possible maximum
additional purchase price of EUR 100m based on a two-year profit-sharing
