AutoZone Announces Organizational Change

MEMPHIS, Tenn., April 1, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AutoZone, Inc. (NYSE:AZO)
today announced that Albert "Al" Saltiel has joined the company as Senior Vice
President, Marketing, Customer Satisfaction. Saltiel comes to AutoZone from
Navistar International Corporation where he was Chief Marketing Officer and a
key member of the leadership team.  Saltiel has also been with Sony
Electronics as General Manager, Marketing, and Ford Motor Company where he
held multiple marketing roles.

Saltiel will report to Bill Rhodes, Chairman, President & CEO, Customer
Satisfaction.

"Al has spent many years working in both business to business and business to
consumer environments," said Rhodes. "His experiences at Navistar, Sony and
Ford are well suited for this position and we are excited to welcome Al to
AutoZone."
