(Nasdaq:CNET) (the "Company" or "ChinaNet"), a leading B2B (business to
business) Internet technology company focusing on providing online-to-offline
("O2O") sales channel expansion services for small businesses (small and
medium-sized enterprises ("SMEs") in China) and entrepreneurial management and
LINK services for entrepreneurs in the People's Republic of China, today
announced that its preliminary unaudited revenues for the twelve months ended
December 31, 2012 was $46 million.
The Company filed Form 12b-25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on
April 1, 2013 to extend the filing of the Company's Form 10-K for the twelve
months ended December 31, 2012 for up to an additional fifteen calendar days.
