Image Entertainment Inks Worldwide Rights to Ron White’s Latest A Little
  Unprofessional

Business Wire

LOS ANGELES -- March 28, 2013

Image Entertainment, Inc., a subsidiary of RLJ Entertainment (NASDAQ: RLJE)
and the largest distributor of stand-up comedy, has acquired worldwide rights
to Ron White’s latest stand-up special, A Little Unprofessional. The new
agreement will leverage RLJE’s extensive global outreach distributing A Little
Unprofessional across all digital, broadcast and VOD platforms worldwide.
Today’s announcement was made by Bill Bromiley, Chief Acquisitions Officer for
Image Entertainment.

“Ron is currently one of the best-selling comedians on the circuit,” commented
Bromiley. “He rose to national fame with the Blue Collar Comedy Tour and from
there launched a tremendous solo career with two best-selling stand-up
specials both of which were distributed by Image Entertainment – Tater Salad
and You Can’t Fix Stupid. We’re excited to be adding Ron’s A Little
Unprofessional to our offerings.”

A Little Unprofessional was filmed live in front of a sold-out crowd at the
famed Paramount Theater in Austin, TX. Image Entertainment is the nation’s
largest and most successful distributor of stand-up comedy to the home
entertainment and digital market with more than 130 chart-topping titles. In
addition to White, Image distributes stand-up specials featuring all the
members of the popular Blue Collar Comedy Tour – Jeff Foxworthy, Bill Engvall
and Larry the Cable Guy as well as specials from Louie Anderson, Louis CK,
Whitney Cummings, Jeff Dunham, Terry Fator, Jim Gaffigan, Tom Green, Kevin
Hart, Kathleen Madigan, Daniel Tosh and Katt Williams.

Comedian Ron “Tater Salad” White is best known as the cigar-smoking,
scotch-drinking funnyman from the “Blue Collar Comedy” phenomenon. But with
two Grammy^® nominations, a Gold record, three of the top-rated one hour TV
specials in Comedy Central history, a New York Times best-seller and CD/DVD
sales topping over 10 million units, Ron has established himself as a star in
his own right. Over the past five years he has been one of the top three
grossing comedians on tour in the U.S.

The deal was negotiated by Bill Bromiley, Jonathan Saba and Jess DeLeo on
behalf of Image Entertainment with Scott Simpson of APA, Michael Blakey and
Sandy Fox on behalf of Ron White.
