Faurecia today announced the appointment of Christophe Schmitt as Executive

Jean-Michel Renaudie is appointed Executive Vice-President, Faurecia Interior
Systems from April 1, 2013, replacing Christophe Schmitt.
Commenting on these appointments Yann Delabrière, Chairman and CEO said "I
would like to thank Jean-Marc Hannequin for everything that he has done since
he joined Faurecia in 2002 to develop Faurecia into the world leader in
emissions control. In particular he developed a strong business in China and
South Korea, and led the acquisition and integration of Emcon Technologies
which doubled the size of this activity. Most recently he has pioneered the
development of the global truck business and led a step change in our
technology portfolio. Christophe Schmitt is well placed to continue this
development having led the growth of the Faurecia Interior Systems business
since 2006 to become a global leader with the broadest range of products and
technologies in the industry. I also welcome Jean-Michel Renaudie into the
Executive Committee. He has a long international experience in interior
systems and has done a remarkable job in the successful growth and turnaround
of the North American business and the leadership of the acquisition of Ford
Saline last year."
