KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. -- March 27, 2013

Theorem Clinical Research, a full-service contract research organization (CRO)
that provides core clinical research and development services, is pleased to
announce the appointment of Sara Davis as vice president of global business
development. Davis has more than 15 years of sales and management experience
and a proven track record of building industry-leading business development
teams. She will be responsible for driving strategic business development
growth plans for Theorem in all regions of the world.

Davis began her career as an account executive with PRA International. Holding
positions of increasing responsibility, she has successfully sold in both the

Wisconsin Oshkosh with a Bachelor of Science degree.
