Cascade Microtech Named Finalist in Oregon Technology Awards

Technology Award finalist in the category "Technology Company of the
Year - Enterprise." The Technology Association of Oregon (TAO) will
award this honor to a large, established company that is a leader in
both their industry and the technology community. The award will
consider all accomplishments over the past year, which could include
the success of new product introductions, community involvement and
impact on industry trends.
