FREDERICK, Md., March 26, 2013

FREDERICK, Md., March 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --Frederick County Bancorp, Inc.
(the "Company") (OTC Bulletin Board: FCBI), the parent company for Frederick
County Bank ("FCB" or the "Bank"), announced today a quarterly cash dividend
on its common stock of $0.05 per share. This cash dividend is payable on May
10, 2013 to shareholders of record on April 12, 2013.

Frederick and one office located in Walkersville, Maryland.
